Harut is a seasoned veteran with vast knowledge and experience in multiple areas of the fitness industry. Throughout his coaching and training years, he has simplified his training philosophy into two words. Human Performance.

Everything we do in our daily life correlates directly with our overall performance. It’s better to have a simple program design with purpose then a complex one that’s without.

Harut’s vision and focus is to simplify understanding and execution of performance training. Performance doesn’t always mean it’s athletic or athlete related. General movement is performance. Efficiency in general movement improves all physical performance no matter how simple, complex or intense.

Erin Fukuda

Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness, and Gen Pop

Erin Fukuda is a multidisciplinary yoga therapist and personal trainer. Erin works with her client’s lifestyles and understands no one person is alike. No matter your age or ability, she is adaptive and responsive to beginners, recreational and competitive athletes, injuries, hormone changes, and is a proponent of Health at Every Size (HAES). Erin provides a supportive and compassionate environment to empower her clients to strengthen their minds and bodies, improve cognitive health, create healthier habits, boost immunity, decrease stress, reduce pain and restore balance. Erin is a recreational gardener, hiker, rock climber, animal lover, traveler, and martial arts practitioner.

Jennifer Green

Aerial Arts

Jennifer Green is the founder of FLAIR Aerial. With over 25 Years as a Professional in the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry she has collected many fitness certifications and attended various educational workshops and now specializes in Aerial Fitness. She has a BS in Health & Science from Portland State University and is currently certified by AFAA Group Exercise, AntiGravity Aerial Fitness & Yoga, and is AirAbesque Silks trained. She is a Gym Rax Master Trainer, which allows her to assist in product development and education for suspension training products. She brings a playful spirit and encourages each student to learn at their own pace.

Her specialty is aerial hammock. She has studied with various accomplished instructors all over LA and emphasizes proper technique and quality of movement when teaching. Jen believes that anyone can find their “Flair” and enjoy aerial arts as a fitness regimen! 

Jennifer is also a mother of two children and enjoys inspiring all moms to find their supermom ”selfs” as we do our best to be role models for our families. She currently resides in Coeur d’Alene, ID and trains and performs for Spokane Aerial Arts and Performance Center and teaches classes at ReformCDA.
