The Aktiv Barre is a straight bar designed to be used with the dual anchor Aktiv STRAPS. This attachment provides dual or single arm stability with effective grip for an endless array of push, pull and stabilizing movements.ย The fixed length bar can be used to modify various exercises or challenge your athletic ability differently from the standard D-handle grips.
Grip Interchangeability:
Remove the standard D-handles from each Aktiv Strap and then simply attach the Aktiv Barre connecting points located on each end.ย Adjust length of Straps for desired exercise and enjoy.
