Installations that Inspire Movement
AVA’s vision was to create a space that inspires residents to engage with their community, while also providing the convenience of an in-building gym. The result is a beautifully designed fitness center that seamlessly integrates both indoor and outdoor equipment designed for strength, functional, and cardiovascular training.
Challenging the Traditional Indoor Gym with Ecosystem
The majority of multifamily fitness amenities are limited to a building’s interior. However, the most impactful offering at AVA has been the Ecosystem, the latest addition to the Gym Rax® line of Smart Rigging™ solutions. The Ecosystem structure supports equipment integration, including suspension training, tethered resistance, and even aerial yoga hammocks.
